Michelle

Michelle Posner

President

Michelle Posner is the President of the Jewish Caucus and one of its founding members, dedicated to fostering a space where Jewish identity, advocacy, and community thrive.

A bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist since 2006, Michelle brings to her work a deep sense of purpose shaped by personal experience. Her younger brother, who is Autistic, inspired her to pursue a career centered on communication, inclusion, and support for neurodivergent individuals. Michelle’s life is a braid of cultures, histories, and identities. She is an Ashkenazi Jew whose family fled Russia and Poland during the Holocaust, finding refuge in Mexico before immigrating to the United States when Michelle was nine. This multicultural journey informs every facet of her personal and professional life: Jewish, Mexican, bilingual, and deeply committed to equity and representation.

As President, Michelle leads with compassion, cultural fluency, and a strong belief in the power of community. She remains committed to elevating diverse Jewish voices and advancing meaningful, inclusive change.
